HOUSTON, TEXAS

Frost Bank in Houston’s Third Ward is a 2,760 square foot ground up development located between Texas Southern University and the University of Houston. The bank utilizes an open plan for the transaction area in the lobby with adjacent customer conference and waiting areas. Private offices, washrooms, and other back of house programs are spacious yet planned efficiently off the main public areas. The project required the architects to coordinate a wide range of consultants to suit the technology and security needs of a modern bank. Full integration of design and consulting services was required to meet an aggressive design and construction schedule, with utilization of Frost Bank’s custom demountable partition systems. Sitework includes landscaping, parking, sidewalks, and a fully enclosed mechanical yard.
