NASSAU BAY, TEXAS

This 11,000 square foot satellite cancer treatment facility affords suburban patients the opportunity to receive regular treatment without the arduous trip to the Texas Medical Center. m ARCHITECTS designed the renovation of 3,700 square feet of an existing medical office building, and a 7,600 square foot addition. m ARCHITECTS worked closely with the client to facilitate design issue resolution, and to ensure that the design phase was completed on time and within budget. In 2007, m ARCHITECTS completed a second phase adding medical oncology and blood donation services to this location. The project was 7,400 square feet, and cost $1.2 million.
